Tim managed his first political campaign at the age of 20; by 30, he had managed two Congressional victories. He has 20 years of management, public relations and media-development experience, including the production of TV and radio commercials and award-winning rich media websites. At Treanor & Associates, his public affairs and political consulting firm, clients included RealNetworks, The Casey Family Programs and the American Bar Association.

Matt Eldridge

President

An OVS co-founder, Matt has 14 years of experience that include senior positions at management, strategy and public affairs consulting firms. He heads the company’s offices in Amsterdam, and previously held roles at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and the U.S. Department of State. He has an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA with honors from Stanford University. In addition, he earned a MA in Political Studies from the University of Cape Town as a Rotary Scholar. Matt also serves on the board of the Yale School of Management Alumni Association.

Scott Freeman

Chief Technology Officer

Scott is a nationally recognized expert in the design and implementation of webcasting for large government agencies. He has designed systems that deliver 2.5 million streams a year and built one of the world's largest digital video repositories of state legislative content. He is a member and chief technical consultant to the National Association of Public Affairs Networks.

Matt Hickey

Director of Webcasting

Matt is a nationally known technology advisor and writer with 14 years of technology implementation, research & development, and consulting. He has a broad range of technical management, coding, and design skills, including XML, HTML, ASP, JavaScript and SMIL. In addition, Matt has pieced together and specced-out much of the custom hardware Online Video Service relies on to meet its customer's goals.
