Tim Treanor
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Tim has co-led OVS to the preeminent
position in its market. Prior to
co-founding the company, he led Treanor
& Associates, a noted public affairs and
political consulting firm. He spent 20
years doing
political consulting, public relations
and media development, including
production of award-winning rich media
websites, and TV and radio commercials.
Tim ran his first political campaign at
age 20 and, by age 30, had managed two
successful Congressional campaigns,
including the 1992 bid of now U.S.
Senator Maria Cantwell. His clients also
included
RealNetworks, The Casey Family Programs
and the American Bar Association, and he
holds a BA from The American University.
Matt Eldridge
President
An OVS co-founder, Matt heads the
company’s international business from
its offices in Amsterdam, and is
responsible for expanding OVS’
operations into Europe and Asia. He has
17 years of experience, including senior
positions at management, strategy and
public affairs consulting firms. He
previously held roles at the National
Democratic Institute for
International Affairs and the U.S.
Department of State. He has a MBA from
Yale School of
Management and a BA with honors from
Stanford University. In addition, he
earned a MA in Political Studies from
the University of Cape Town as a Rotary
Foundation Scholar.
Art Lovestedt
Chief Information Officer
With more than a decade of experience in business management and information technology, Art oversees OVS’ worldwide operations and product development. He has successfully led operations and IT for multiple ventures in rapid growth environments – four of his last five companies either went public or were purchased by a public company during or just after his tenure. Art served as CIO at both Guidant Financial Group and PlayStream (now InterNAP), provided senior business and technology consulting to TPI Software (now Hypercom) and previously held technology roles at Network Commerce and Blue Nile. He has a MS in Computer Systems/Technology Management and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Scott Freeman
Chief
Software Architect
Scott is a nationally recognized expert
in webcasting for large government
entities. Scott has designed systems
that deliver 2.5 million streams a year
and built one of the world's largest
online digital media
repositories of state legislative
content. He is a member and chief
technical consultant to the National
Association of Public Affairs Networks.
Scott has advised major television
broadcast companies and state-level
legislative networks.
