Tim Treanor,
Chairman & CEO
– Tim co-founded and has
co- led OVS since its
inception. He brings 20
years of experience in
political consulting,
public relations and
media development,
including production of
award-winning rich media
websites, and TV and
radio commercials. Tim
managed multiple
successful Congressional
campaigns, including the
1992 bid of now U.S.
Senator Maria Cantwell.
He followed Cantwell to
RealNetworks, ran
projects for The Casey
Family Programs and the
American Bar
Association, and holds a
BA from The American
University.
Matt
Eldridge, President
– An OVS
co-founder, Matt's 17
years of experience
include senior positions
at management, strategy
and public affairs
consulting firms. He
previously held roles at
the National Democratic
Institute for
International Affairs
and the U.S. Department
of State. He earned an
MBA from Yale School of
Management and a BA with
honors from Stanford
University. Matt also
has a MA in Political
Studies from the
University of Cape Town
in South Africa as a
Rotary Foundation
Ambassadorial Scholar.
His past board positions
include Group Health
Credit Union, a
mid-sized financial
institution, and the
Yale School of
Management Alumni
Association.
Scott
Freeman, Chief
Technology Officer
– Scott is a nationally
recognized expert in
government webcasting
and developed the OVS
Open Government
Platform(TM).
He has designed systems
that deliver 2.5 million
streams a year and built
one of the world's
largest repositories of
online state legislative
video content. He is a
member and chief
technical consultant to
the National Association
of Public Affairs
Networks. Scott has
advised major TV
broadcasters and state
legislative networks.
Joshua Folk,
VP of Business
Development
– Josh is the company’s
expert on the Obama
Administration's new
Open Government
Directive and leads OVS'
business development
efforts from Washington,
D.C. During his 3 years
at OVS, Josh has
underscored the
company's longstanding
commitment to helping
government agencies
conduct business with
openness and
transparency. He is an
active member/volunteer
of the National
Association of
Government Communicators
(NAGC) and graduated
from the Foster School
of Business at the
University of
Washington. Previously,
Josh held positions at
the former Seattle
Supersonics, the Cintas
Corporation and
ESPN.com.
